Saffron Opera Group was formed in late 2013 and has very quickly developed an enviable reputation for producing first class performances.
Large scale opera, even in concert performance, is expensive to put on and every single person on stage and behind the scenes contributes in some way or another. We have also been extremely fortunate to receive…., but if we are to have a long term future we have to stand on our own feet. Should we be entirely reliant upon ticket revenue we would have to charge at least £80 per ticket but we want to remain affordable to local audiences.
So we are busy appealing to companies and and organisations based in the East of England for sponsorship and we would like to offer you, our audience, who have supported us on our journey so far, a Patrons’ Scheme.
